    My ProChoice Solar Energy Consultant Is .

    1. I understand that my ProChoice Solar Energy Consultant cannot guarantee that I WILL NOT HAVE AN ELECTRIC BILL based on the addition of solar and/or energy saving equipment.
    2. I understand that my ProChoice Solar Energy Consultant cannot guarantee an exact monthly savings on my future electric bills. I understand that my actual savings is based on my individual energy usage.
    3. I understand that my ProChoice Solar Energy Consultant can only provide cost estimates during the Energy Evaluation. I understand that energy costs estimates are based on industry research.
    4. I understand that my ProChoice Solar Energy Consultant cannot provide tax advice or make definitive statements about the Federal Tax Credit. I understand that the Tax Credit reduces my tax obligation and can take more than one year to receive in full.
    5. I understand that my ProChoice Solar Energy Consultant and ProChoice Solar Inc. is not affiliated with a government entity or any electric utility company.
    6. I understand that my ProChoice Solar Energy Consultant cannot guarantee any future utility cost/rate increases and does not know what will happen with future utility costs.
    7. I understand that my ProChoice Solar Energy Consultant is not responsible for informing me of any and all rebates, incentives or tax credits available to me.
    8. I understand that my ProChoice Solar Energy Consultant is submitting my application for financing and has only estimated the amount of my monthly loan payments (if applicable). I understand that I am responsible for the payments of the loan, for the life of the loan until the loan is satisfied.
    9. I understand that my ProChoice Solar Energy Consultant and ProChoice Solar Inc. is not responsible for notifying me of any financing promotion expiration dates. I understand that “same as cash” or deferred payment promotions will not be charged interest during the set agreed upon term but will be charged interest upon the promotional expiration date.
    10. I understand that my ProChoice Solar Energy Consultant and ProChoice Solar Inc. are available to contact by phone at 407-454-6146, Monday through Friday from 9a – 7p and on Saturdays from 9a – 1p, by email at info@prochoicesolar.com 24/7, and via mail at PO Box 331, Loughman, FL 33858.
